Where can I buy your products?

You can buy them online, or you can stop by our shop at 24 Pine Street in Glens Falls, NY 12801.

Can I order custom-made furniture?

Maybe, send us a picture of what your idea is. While we primarily focus on our own designs, we've been known to accommodate special requests.

How long will my order take to complete?

Right now we are telling everyone to allow up to 15 weeks, but we are currently averaging about 6-10 weeks for completion. Promotional time estimates apply.

How do I care for my furniture?

It is really easy to clean. To tell you the truth, we use store brand generic furniture polish. You can clean it with Murphy's Oil Soap and water or Pine-Sol and water or any other mild detergent, just don't use a paper towel. Every once in a while, squirt on some Mop & Glo and wipe it with a dry rag and watch how amazing it looks!

Where is your furniture made?

Our furniture is hand crafted right at the base of the beautiful Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York. 

Where do you source your materials?

We primarily use locally sourced New England white pine.

Do you have items ready to go at your gallery? 

Our pieces are primarily made to order, you have choice of finish, size, and add-ons. However, we always have a nice selection of items ready to go at any point in time.

How can I check the status of my order?

Send us a message by replying to the e-mail we sent you when you placed your order.

Can I change my order?

Your order can be changed any time before it goes into production, send us a message.

Are prices the same in-store and online?

In-store pick-up pricing is 1/2 of website pricing.

Are all your products available online?

Everything besides our very large items and custom orders, send us a message.

Do you have a print catalog?

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our refund policy is simple. Please note that all items are custom made to order. We encourage everyone to try out the item in your home for two weeks and If you are not 100% happy, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Here's the only catch, you are responsible for paying the cost to ship the item back. Once we have received the item in undamaged condition, we will issue the refund.

How is tax applied to my order?

Orders shipped to destinations within the state of New York are eligible to 7% sales tax.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, All major credit cards, financing and lease to own.

How do I apply for financing and lease to own?

We offer traditional financing through www.paypalcredit.com

Do you have Gift Certificates?

Yes. Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.

Do you have a bridal registry/gift registry?

Not currently, one will be available on our website in the future.

Can I order/send products as a gift?

Yes, we will even write the card for you.

What are my delivery options?

We typically deliver our orders to NY, VT, MA, CT, RI, NH. In addition to delivery, we also offer shipping to 48 states.

Can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, between the hours of 10am-5pm by appointment only. Please message us to set an appointment.

Do you ship to Canada/overseas?

Not currently at this time.

How much is shipping?

Message us for shipping to states outside our delivery range.

How do I make measurements for barn doors?

If you have moulding around the opening, measure from outside of moulding to outside of moulding and top of moulding to floor, if no moulding, the size of your opening across and from top to floor will give you the measurements you need.

How can I order a flooring sample?

From above, click the flooring tab, then scroll down to More from this Collection in the bottom left hand corner. Click on the picture and you can add a sample to your cart from there.

Can your products be used in a commercial setting?

Yes, all of our products are extremely durable and can stand up to your toughest customers. We have done coffee shops, bars, restaurants, salons, retail stores and offices. Message us with your project ideas.

Can your products be used outdoors?

Most of our items can be made with pressure treated wood and finished in exterior stains and poly. Just select OUTDOOR USE when choosing options for your order.

What if i'm not happy with my purchase?

We give everyone 14 days to test out your purchase in your home. If you're not 100% happy with it you can send it back for a full refund within that time frame. Here is the catch, you are responsible for return shipping.

How can I request a donation for my non-profit?

Yes, anything can be gift wrapped, just let us know, we can also write a card and tag for you.

Do you offer coupons, coupon codes, rebates, or other promotions?

Yes, message us for current promotions.

Can you ship orders to a PO Box?

We cannot, sorry.

What finishes/colors do you use?

Our finishes are White Wash, Uniform Stained, Coastal Gray, Barnboard, Driftwood, Natural (Unfinished).

Are your products pet and kid friendly?

There isn't much that life can throw at our designs that they cant handle. We use every day household products, paints, stains, and polys instead of commercial grade products that are readily available at your local big box stores. Because of this, maintenance and touch up is a snap. During our distressing process, each board is literally beat on with hammer and chains to create an aged look. If you would like more character simply whack on it with a hammer. Just about every piece is designed with interchangeable parts that can be replaced should they be damaged beyond repair.

How long will our furniture last?

Our designs not only look good, they are made to last for years to come. Each piece is designed to hold up to every day use as well as commercial use. Some say our pieces are "Over Built ".
